Air small parcel is an international shipping service for individual packages under 30kg. Your goods are flown from China and delivered to the recipient's door via the destination country's local carrier. Faster than sea freight, more cost-effective than premium express couriers for most e-commerce parcels.
How long does air parcel from China take?
Economy: US 10–18 days, UK 7–14 days, AU 10–18 days. Standard: US 7–12 days, UK 5–10 days, AU 8–14 days. Express: US 3–6 days, UK 3–5 days, AU 4–7 days. Times are estimates and vary by destination and season.
Is tracking available for all air parcel shipments?
Yes. All service tiers include end-to-end tracking. Tracking numbers are provided at dispatch and cover key milestones from our warehouse through to delivery. Tracking numbers can be uploaded directly to Amazon, Shopify, or any other platform.
Can Rayfill ship batteries via air parcel?
Products with built-in lithium batteries can be shipped via specific compliant channels under IATA DGR regulations. Pure battery shipments or standalone power banks require special handling — we assess on a case-by-case basis. Let us know your product category during the quoting process.
What is the maximum parcel weight for air small parcel?
Standard air parcel accepts parcels up to 30kg per piece. For heavier shipments, we recommend sea freight or hybrid shipping. Dimensional (volumetric) weight applies — the chargeable weight is the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight.
